  • Caterpillar: A calm, somewhat condescending insect sitting on a mushroom who questions Alice’s identity and offers advice on growing and shrinking.

  • Queen of Hearts: The volatile and short-tempered ruler of Wonderland who constantly demands "Off with their heads!" at the slightest offense.

  • King of Hearts: The Queen’s passive, henpecked husband who presides over court trials and quietly pardons execution targets behind her back.

  • Ladies: High-class Wonderland court members who gossip, fawn over the royal family, and try desperately to stay on the Queen's good side.

  • Courtier: A formal member of the royal court who assists with royal protocol, announcements, and keeping order during trials.

  • Knave: A gentle, nervous courtier who steals the Queen’s freshly baked tarts.

  • Card Soldiers: Flat, dutiful guards shaped like playing cards who carry out the Queen's tyrannical orders and double as croquet court wickets. (Will double as, TWO, FIVE, SEVEN, GARDENERS and PROP MEN)

  • Executioner: The stoic court official tasked with carrying out the Queen's endless death sentences, though he constantly argues about the logistics of beheading.

  • Flower-Girls: Colorful, charming ensemble members who bring the vibrant, whimsical gardens of Wonderland to life.

  • Heart Children: The cute, royal offspring of the King and Queen of Hearts who parade around court and attend royal functions.

  • Mad Hatter: An eccentric, energetic host trapped in an endless tea party alongside his unhinged companions.

  • March Hare: The Mad Hatter's zany co-host who delights in nonsense, riddles, and endless tea-time chaos.

  • Dormouse: A perpetually sleepy guest at the tea party who spends most of his time being stuffed into a teapot or used as a cushion.

  • Tweedledee: An energetic, bickering twin who confuses Alice with strange songs, recited poems, and illogical arguments.

  • Tweedledum: The identical twin to Tweedledee who matches his brother's theatrical, petty arguments and nonsensical antics word for word.

  • Frog Footman: A slow-witted, formal servant who delivers messages at the Duchess's door while accepting Wonderland's absurdity as totally normal.

  • Cook: A hot-tempered kitchen worker in the Duchess's household who throws pots and hurls excessive amounts of pepper at anyone nearby.

  • Duchess: A loud, erratic noblewoman whose absurd household and pepper-filled kitchen add to the general chaos of Wonderland.

  • Humpty Dumpty: A pompous, oversized egg sitting precariously on a wall who lectures Alice on the meanings of words and non-birthdays.

  • Mock Turtle: A deeply melancholy creature who constantly weeps while nostalgically singing about his school days beneath the sea.

  • Gryphon: A loud, mythical beast who guards the Mock Turtle and acts as a boisterous guide for Alice around the seashore.
